About the studio

Wellness Spot is a massage studio in Odesa, in the Kotovskoho district. It was founded by a couple who have a mindful approach to health and wanted to make it easy to reach for others, especially for women who tend to put themselves last. The studio has two treatment rooms, one of them is set up for couples, three massage therapists and thirteen treatments: classic, lymphatic drainage, sports, anti-cellulite, honey and Hawaiian massage, face, head and neck work. In addition to that, an endocrinologist and a nutritionist consult clients online, so hormones, nutrition and how a person feels are looked at together. The studio is open every day from 9:00 to 20:30, by appointment only.

Project story

  1. 01The request

The owner of a newly opened massage studio needed software for a business that standard booking apps could not handle: two treatment rooms, specialists paid in different ways, and both in-person and online sessions.

  2. 02The obstacle

Several apps had already been tried. They handled the calendar well, but none of them covered payroll, P&L or cash flow.

  3. 03What was built

First, the studio’s daily routine was mapped out: who takes bookings, who works where and how each specialist is paid. A CRM was then built around that routine: bookings, client records, staff, automatic payroll, P&L, cash flow and Telegram reminders. The studio’s website pulls prices, specialists and free time slots from the CRM and books clients straight into it.

  4. 04The result

The owner runs the studio from her phone, with a full financial picture that no existing CRM could provide.

A good fit for: Studios, salons and clinics with several rooms or specialists and their own way of paying staff.
