About the company

Naviline has been bringing cars from Korea, China and the United States to Ukraine since 2016. It began as a small agency and has grown into a full logistics operator with its own port terminal and 10–15 containers shipped every week. The team handles the whole route: helping a client choose a car, checking its history and condition, arranging the purchase, shipping, customs clearance, certification and registration in Ukraine. Customs work is done in-house, and containers are unloaded at the terminal by the company’s own staff with its own equipment, so other companies rely on it as a port partner too. Its clients are private buyers, car dealers and auto businesses, and most of them arrive through recommendations.

Project story

  1. 01The request

A company importing cars from Korean auctions wanted customers to check freight rates and their shipments online without calling the office every time.

  2. 02The obstacle

The team keeps rates and shipments in several working tools, updated every day. A separate system filled in by hand would soon fall out of date.

  3. 03What was built

Every change in the team’s working tools reaches the website automatically. Customers see their rates and shipment status in their personal accounts, in Ukrainian, English or Russian. The data exchange is protected with a private token.

  4. 04The result

Customers check their status themselves, and the team keeps working in the tools it already knows.

A good fit for: Logistics and import companies, and any business that already keeps its data in its own tools.
