About the practice
Alex Markus is a physical rehabilitation specialist who has worked with back, joint and muscle pain since 2009. He sees clients in person in Dnipro and consults people around the world online. A consultation starts with a review of complaints, movement, test results and functional tests, and ends with a personal recovery plan. The work combines functional movement assessment, myopressure, trigger point and gentle manual techniques with individual exercise programs. For people who prefer to work on their own there are video courses and stretching programs, from a five-day starter course to full programs for specific areas of the body, and hands-on training for massage therapists and movement specialists runs in separate intakes.
Project story
01The request
A physical rehabilitation specialist seeing clients in Dnipro and online needed one platform for consultations and video courses.
02The obstacle
The courses are the main product, so the videos had to stream smoothly from the practice’s own file storage and open only to people who paid for that course.
03What was built
A website together with a learning platform (LMS): videos stream from file storage, access is granted per purchased course, payments are connected and every step from visit to purchase is tracked as a conversion. The logo and visual style were designed in the same project.
04The result
A course can be bought and watched straight away, with no manual access, and the owner sees which channels bring course buyers.
A good fit for: Therapists, coaches and experts who sell video courses alongside personal sessions.
