Dmytro Bilohub

Web development and design · Odesa, Ukraine

Bilohub builds digital solutions that make running a business simpler and help it grow. Whether it’s a website, a brand or automating the way you work, you get direct, transparent communication at every stage, and every detail of the project serves a clear practical purpose.

I launched my first web project in 2015. Since then my portfolio has taken in all kinds of work: from clean, focused company websites to complex e-learning platforms (LMS), custom CRM systems and multilingual sites for companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Most of my clients are small and mid-size businesses that want a clear, predictable result without keeping an IT team on staff. I build every system so you can manage the content easily and stay in full control of your digital assets, without calling in a developer every time.

Today I provide ongoing technical support for more than 50 websites. In the majority of cases it’s a partnership that has lasted for years: from the first release to gradual growth, new modules and keeping everything running smoothly day after day.

What you get besides the website

  • 01 An eye for growth points

I have worked personally with dozens of companies in 16 industries, from logistics and shipping to spas, schools and tourism. That experience helps me spot where a business is losing money or clients and suggest a practical fix, not just a nicer design.

  • 02 Numbers, not guesses

For most businesses the website is the central digital asset, so I set up Search Console, analytics and conversion tracking from day one. The data is tied to your sales process, so you can see exactly where leads are lost and what to fix first.

  • 03 People worth asking

Over the years I have built a circle of trusted specialists: designers, marketers and business owners. If your task goes beyond what I do, I can recommend someone who has already handled something similar. No obligations, just a useful introduction.

One of my clients, a studio owner, was struggling to grow her traffic. An introduction to another business owner who had done exactly that for his own practice gave her practical advice on how to do it.

Working principles

  • Everything in your nameDomain and hosting are registered to you from day one, and the code and full access pass to you once the work is paid in full. The site stays yours, even if you change developers.
  • Plain answersNo jargon and no hidden steps. You always know what is being done, why and when.
  • Made to be editedEvery project ends with a handover and a short guide, so you can update content yourself without breaking the layout.
  • Fast by defaultI check speed on every release, because slow sites lose visitors and cost more in ads.

How a project runs

  1. 01The task and the budgetFirst comes what needs doing, which materials already exist and what budget to plan for.
  2. 02The specificationThe task is written down in as much detail as the project needs: for a quick site the name, services and topic are enough, for a platform far more. A larger project is split into milestones, and you approve it all before the start.
  3. 03Development in the openYou stay in touch while the work goes on and see early results and progress at every stage, so the direction can be adjusted in time.
  4. 04LaunchThe project goes into use: everything is tested on real tasks, your feedback is collected, and you get access to work with it.
  5. 05Free careA week for Rapid Launch, a month for larger projects: bugs are fixed and small edits made free of charge. This is when anything that was missed comes up, and there is time to raise it before the project is closed.
  6. 06HandoverOnce the work is paid in full, all assets and full access pass to you. The developer’s access can then be removed or kept, whichever suits you. Most clients keep that access, so that if something unexpected breaks, it can be fixed quickly.
