About the event
ETHKyiv is Ukraine’s community-driven Ethereum event: a hackathon and a conference running side by side, with side events, discussions and networking around them. Its aim is to establish Kyiv as a leader in innovation and infrastructure development. The 2024 edition brought together more than 200 developers for a three-day hackathon with mentors, judges and speakers, while the conference gathered about 1,500 attendees, 50 speakers and thousands of online viewers.
Project story
01The request
Ukraine’s community-driven Ethereum event, a hackathon and a conference in one, needed a site for applications, tickets and partners.
02The obstacle
One site serves very different people: developers, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, media and donors, each with their own next step.
03What was built
A first screen with the dates and two actions, applications split by role, event highlights and speakers, and links to the whitelist, donations and partner events.
04The result
The site accompanied an event where Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin awarded the hackathon winners.
A good fit for: Conferences, hackathons and community events.
