About the company
Benz Incorporated has worked across the Portland metro area since 2003. It specializes in large residential properties: HOA communities, condominium complexes, multi-family buildings and the property management firms behind them, with projects from a single unit to more than 500. Alongside painting and coatings, the company repairs building envelopes (waterproofing, siding, windows and roofing) and runs multi-year capital improvement programs timed to HOA reserve funding and board approvals. Every project starts by finding out why a building is failing, before any surface is touched. The company is licensed with the Oregon CCB, insured, bonded and BBB accredited. It works in the premium segment and takes on only the projects it can deliver to the highest standard.
Project story
01The request
A painting and building envelope contractor working since 2003 with HOAs, condominiums and large residential communities in Portland needed a site that wins community-scale projects.
02The obstacle
The people who make decisions are HOA boards and property managers. They look for proof of scale and reliability.
03What was built
The numbers come first (180 communities, projects of 500+ units), then services from painting to capital improvements, a project catalog, a four-step process, a house color picker and a proposal request. Built in partnership with designer elliekoraia; the client’s existing logo was redrawn as clean vectors.
04The result
Boards and managers find the answers they look for, in their own terms: scale, deadlines and budget, before the first call.
A good fit for: Contractors who work with HOAs, property managers and commercial clients.
