About the agency
MASS Control is a Ukrainian consulting agency built around an independent quality control service with its own method for checking how a business serves its customers. The check has three parts: a review of customer service, mystery shopping and an audit of how the business promotes itself. Around that core the agency offers reputation and crisis PR, online promotion (SMM, targeted ads, PPC and SEO, with Google and Meta certified specialists on the team), video production including filming, streams and work with bloggers, and design from logos and brand identity to websites, ad creatives and print. A free business analysis is the usual first step for a new client.

01The request
A consulting agency that checks service quality with mystery shoppers and audits, and also runs PR, online advertising, video production and design, needed one site for a broad offer.
02The obstacle
Six directions, each with its own buyer: from a business owner worried about service to a brand that needs its reputation defended.
03What was built
Each direction got its own block and detailed page ending in a consultation request, a business analysis offer opens the funnel, the site works in Ukrainian and English, and the logo was designed in the same project.

Every service can be found in seconds, and each page leads to a consultation request.
